Adding a session to your schedule in Sched does not guarantee you a spot in the room. Most sessions are first come, first served, there is no waitlist. On Sched you can add multiple sessions to your schedule that are at the same time. A session that is "POPULAR!" is on many attendee schedules and could be full. If a session requires pre-registration it will indicate this in the description and will provide details for how to pre-register.

Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

With all teachers in Alberta now covered by both instructional and assignable time clauses in their collective agreements, you and your colleagues may be asking what counts, what does not, and if you are within those time limitations. This session will give teachers the resources to determine what is instructional time and what is assignable time and how to calculate it.  The session will also review a teacher’s professional obligations that may extend beyond assigned time.
