During this physically demanding 2-day course, teachers will use the skills and knowledge from their successful completion of Day 1 (EFA/AED) as a springboard for today's sessions and scenarios which will include Child and Infant Resuscitation, 2-Rescuer CPR/AED, wound care, chest and abdominal injuries followed by bone and joint injuries. Teachers will also learn how to deal with Environmental Injuries. Mental Health Awareness will continue to be presented throughout today's modules. Course Length 13 hours. (Teachers must register for both Day 1 Thursday and Day 2 Friday). and successfully complete the written exam (75%) in order to receive certification from St. John Ambulance. Cost: $110.
