Adding a session to your schedule in Sched does not guarantee you a spot in the room. Most sessions are first come, first served, there is no waitlist. On Sched you can add multiple sessions to your schedule that are at the same time. A session that is "POPULAR!" is on many attendee schedules and could be full. If a session requires pre-registration it will indicate this in the description and will provide details for how to pre-register.

Does teaching elementary math make you nervous? Would you call yourself "math phobic"? Math doesn't have to be boring, scary or intimidating. Everyone is born with the innate ability to be successful in math. It is through our experiences with math that we build our belief about our own abilities. During this session, we will explore the power of a Growth Mindset, discuss powerful questioning techniques, and challenge myths. You will walk away with access to free resources that will support your journey into the exciting experience of bringing math alive for students.
