Adding a session to your schedule in Sched does not guarantee you a spot in the room. Most sessions are first come, first served, there is no waitlist. On Sched you can add multiple sessions to your schedule that are at the same time. A session that is "POPULAR!" is on many attendee schedules and could be full. If a session requires pre-registration it will indicate this in the description and will provide details for how to pre-register.

This will be an active session of instructed pilates with small props to facilitate proper movement patterns and good muscle development. These are exercises and stretches you can remember and take home to help in your every day. They can also be used in the classroom to help your students. Body weight exercise can be hard and challenging. Pilates is so good at working your stability muscles and core unlike many of the fitness trends out there currently. Come and see how pilates is not a yoga class!
