Adding a session to your schedule in Sched does not guarantee you a spot in the room. Most sessions are first come, first served, there is no waitlist. On Sched you can add multiple sessions to your schedule that are at the same time. A session that is "POPULAR!" is on many attendee schedules and could be full. If a session requires pre-registration it will indicate this in the description and will provide details for how to pre-register.

Allergen and Gluten Management in the Classroom

This session will provide an overview of food allergies and celiac disease. Participants will learn strategies to set up a classroom environment to minimize the risk of accidental consumption of or cross contamination with food allergens or gluten. Case studies will provide an opportunity to discuss various examples including snacks & lunches, special events and crafts that contain food(s).
